Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes, we are in network with most PPO insurance providers. Prior to your appointment, we will verify with insurance your benefits. We file insurance claims, do follow ups and thoroughly explain any benefit questions your may have. Please contact our practice for any insurance questions.

Does the dentist see emergency cases?
Yes. We will see emergency cases during regular business hours. After hours, we offer answering services where patients of record can leave a message and it will page our doctor.

Do you see kids? When should a child first be seen?
We love kids! It is recommended by American Dental Association, American Academy Pediatric Dentistry and American General Dentistry for a child to first be seen by age 1. Generally, most kids will start letting us do routine cleaning and check ups around 3 years old.

How long is my first, new patient visit?
Your first new patient visit varies depending on your specific situation.
In most situations, we schedule 1 hour and 30 minutes for the first visit which includes: cleaning, x-rays, photos and a comprehensive exam. In the event we diagnose a deeper cleaning, we may reschedule the cleaning to accommodate necessary time for the treatment.
If you feel you have significant dental needs or if it has been many years since your last dental visit, we recommend that you schedule a consultation/comprehensive exam first.

Do you offer orthodontic treatments?
We offer Invisalign orthodontic treatments. Patients seeking conventional orthodontic brackets will be referred to our local partners.
We are one of the certified providers offering early intervention orthodontic treatments with Healthy Start. More details

Do you refer patients to specialists?
